Where Dreams Become Reality

Dear New Product Developer:

What if you could have a partner in the invention process, a real, live human being to guide you on an incredible journey down the road to success?

"Every great invention of man, every building, tool, product or service
began as a simple dream, an idea whose time has come."

Has the time come for your great idea, but you don't know what to do with it or where to go for help? If so, we are pleased to introduce The Dream Merchant WALK THROUGH INVENTORS GUIDE program. The program is an introduction to new product development and is designed to help simplify the task of turning an idea into a finished product. After SIX successful years publishing one of America's leading inventor magazines, we have amassed a storehouse of valuable, practical information which is now available to you on a ONE-TO-ONE basis.

Through this program, you will be learn how to develop and protect your idea without spending huge sums of money. Features of the program include:

* How to start and maintain an inventor's notebook (The notebook is included in the program and we will serve as one of your first witnesses.)

* How to register your idea- We will show you how to use the DOCUMENT DISCLOSURE Process to register your idea with the Patent Office (You must bring a check or money order for $10, made payable to the Commissioner of U.S. Patent Office).

* Strategies for performing market research -Although you may think your idea is great, you will not be the one BUYING it. You will be the one SELLING it. Test marketing is normally conducted through surveys and interviews with those most likely to buy the product. You do not want the opinions of your friends or relatives. You want HONEST feedback from non-involved potential BUYERS.

It is not uncommon for a simple survey to cost several thousand dollars if conducted by a professional institution. The Dream Merchant Walk Through program can show you how to conduct a survey on your own, with no cash outlay or up-front monies. Although this step is often overlooked by new inventors, it is one of the most crucial in new product development.

* Information on intellectual property protection - Patents, Copyrights,Trademarks and how they can best be used to protect your product. The information in this module has helped save THOUSANDS of dollars for our clients

* How to research the industry -Collect valuable data through industrial journals, associations and tradeshows.

* Instruction on how to develop an inexpensive model or prototype.

* How to obtain valuable FREE publicity for the promotion of your product.

Other topics include Networking, Financing, Avoiding Fraudulent Promotion Companies, Licensing Your Product and much more.

Many patent attorneys and marketing professionals charge up to $300 per hour. But the bottom-line cost of the Dream Merchant Walk Through program is $185 ($175 program fee, plus $10 registration fee with the U.S. Patent Office). We provide your inventor's notebook, handouts, photo-copies, envelopes, postage and the mailing to the patent office. The program will require approximately two hours of your time in a face-to-face meeting with a member of our staff.

We are enclosing a brief questionnaire/application to be filled out and returned to us with your non-refundable deposit of $85.00. The deposit is non refundable for our efforts in reviewing your application and designing a program tailored for you. The balance of $90 is due at the time of your Walk Through.

Walkthroughs are normally scheduled Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6-8PM. However if these times are not suitable we will try to schedule around your needs. Saturday sessions require an additional $25.00 program fee.

We hope you will utilize this valuable program to develop and market your ideas. Remember
we don't do it for you, but we can show you how to work the process yourself and avoid many of the pit-falls encountered by most new inventors. And even if you choose not apply for our Walk Through program, we encourage you to visit your local library and obtain as much information as possible.

Best of luck with all your great ideas!

Sincerely

John K. Moreland
