HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR CREATIVITY, THEN PUT IT TO WORK IN YOUR ADS When it Comes to Producing Successful Ads That Attract Business, a Little Creativity Goes a Long Way.
By Kevin Nunley
Be creative and you'll get much more powerful ads. You don't need to be brilliantly creative. A little creativity will go a long way.
Creativity can be a difficult process. You can use a few steps to help you tap into your unconscious mind and create ideas you never thought you were capable of. First, think about your product or service. What about it is extraordinary? You might think that it isn't very exciting, since it is part of your everyday life. But many customers could be interested in your product if they only knew about it.
Once you've thought about the special benefits of your service, pick the benefit that gives you the greatest competitive edge. Your finished marketing strategies can focus on several factors, but make sure that you have one important point that stands out. Pay attention to what captures a prospect's interest, then tell the customer what to do next.
In addition, consider offering free seminars or demonstrations, which can be a very profitable way to promote your service or product.
Think of your seminar as a lecture. Demonstrate your expertise or your product's efficiency for most of the time, perhaps 45 minutes, and then spend the rest selling. You usually don't need more than just a few minutes of sales pitch. People have already invested a lot of their time getting to the seminar and listening to your presentation.
The best part? Most won't want to leave without buying something.
