A new jewelry gallery next to my business had unusual success in the first year. When I asked Kathleen Cole, owner of the Dragonfly Gallery, the secret of her success, she told me, "Passion is the key."
Working with custom jewelry designers from all over the United States, Cole says it's easy to stay motivated about her business. And she brings that excitement with her every day when she walks through the door. She has also confided that many nights she has trouble sleeping because she can't wait to get to the store the next day to try a new display.
